Funeral services for Gustav Friedrich, 78, who died at 8 a.m. Wednesday at his home in Theresa, will be held from the Beck funeral home at 1 p.m Saturday and St. Peter's Lutheran church in Theresa, the Rev. E. Denof, officiating.
Pallbearers will be Arthur Hoepner, Henry Krueger, Richard and Alvin Schwartz, Andrew Spielman and Edgar Hoff.
Born Nov. 15, 1865, in Ashford he was married there Oct 8, 1895 to Miss Helen Krueger. The couple first resided on a farm near Theresa and later at Lomira and on a farm at Cecil for 15 years before going to Theresa.
Surviving are his widow, a daughter, Mrs. William Kiefer, Lomira, a grandchild and a sister, Mrs Louisa Huth, St. Paul.
