Huey Cassity age 80 of Linden, AL, died Monday, December 24, 2012 at DCH Regional Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1932 in Thomasville, AL. Mr. Cassity was a former paper maker with Gulf States Paper Mill. He was a member of the Providence Baptist Church and a U. S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Ted Elizabeth Cassity of Linden, AL; 3 daughters, Jackie Davis of Gallion, AL; Cindy Malone of Demopolis, AL; Pam Gibbs of Linden, AL; 1 son, Danny Cassity of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; 11 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at at Providence Baptist Church on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 1:30 pm until the 3:00 pm service time with Rev. Warren Huggins officiating. Burial will be at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Gallion, AL.
