She was the second wife of Richard de Vere, 11th Earl of Oxford, married in about 1406 or 1407. She was a widow at the time of her marriage to the Earl of Oxford, the widow of Guy St Aubyn of St Erme, Cornwall.

Daughter and co-heiress of Sir Richard Sergeaux (d. 30 September 1393) of Colquite in Bodmin, Cornwall, by his second wife Lady Philippa d'Arundel (d. 13 September 1399).

Granddaughter of Sir Richard Sergeaux of Colquite in Bodmin by his wife Margaret Seneschal, daughter of Sir John Seneschal of Predarwolas, Cornwall. Also a granddaughter of Sir Edmund d'Arundel (1327-c.1381) of Bignor by his wife Sybil de Montacute.

Great-granddaughter of Richard Fitzalan, 10th Earl of Arundel (d. 24 January 1376), by his wife Isabella le Despenser (d. 27 December 1349), and of William de Montacute, 1st Earl of Salisbury (d. 30 January 1344) by his wife Katherine de Grandson (d. 23 November 1349).

Gravesite Details

Her monumental effigy was removed from the ruined priory at Earls Colne and placed at St Stephen's Chapel in Bures, Suffolk.
