Joanne died unexpectedly two days after giving birth to her third child. She was a beautiful woman, inside and out, a loving mother, wife, and daughter. She will always be loved and missed.

Joanne was the daughter of the late:
Cluny Sandy Macpherson 1919–2005, and
Naomi B. Redding Macpherson 1918–2005.

She was the sister of:
Craig Macpherson, and
Gail Macpherson Heynen.

Joanne married Joseph Lynn Scott of Beaumont, Texas, in Westport, Fairfield, Connecticut on January 25, 1969.

They settled in Lynn's home state, and together, in Houston, Harris, Texas, had three beautiful children:
Susannah Gillian Scott
Jason Andrew Scott
Benjamin Joseph Scott

Joanne's ashes were spread at the Aspetuck Reservoir in Easton, Connecticut, a place she loved.

Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust.
