Old George Bailey, colored, died Sunday night of heart trouble after a short illness and was buried in the colored people cemetery here Tuesday evening at 2 o'clock by the U.B.F. society of which he was a charter member and worked hard to keep up. He was one of the founders of the colored Christian church here and maintained a high standard among his brethren. He was a slave of the Bailey family.
