Stanley Roe of Franklin, Tennessee, 75, a native of Lincoln County, died Tuesday in the emergency room in Franklin.
Services were Thursday in the chapel of Ralston-Lee Funeral Home in Fayetteville with Tom Leavins officiating. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
He was the son of the late Joseph and Emma Davis Roe, a retired employee of the telephone company, and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Beulah M. Roe, Franklin; two daughters, Mrs. Lonnie Brown, Shelbyville, and Mrs. William Rucker, New Castle, Indiana; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Glynn Gentry, Old Hickory; a stepson, Thomas Morgan Whitsett, Fayetteville; two brothers, Carl Roe, Columbia, and Fred Roe, Flintville; three stepbrothers, George Scott of Alabama and Fred Scott and Ford Scott, Fayetteville; a stepsister, Mrs. Etta Lou McAlister, Fayetteville; 11 grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; six great-step-grandchildren.
