Mrs. Lebeau passed away June 23 in Aberdeen. She was born August 07, 1902, on Bad River near VanMetre, South Dakota, the daughter of Henry and Amelia Livermont. In 1911 she moved with her family to Timber Lake. She was married September 1922, at Mobridge, Walworth County, South Dakota, to Sidney LeBeau. They lived on a ranch near Promise. In 1947 they moved into Timber Lake and lived there for three years while the children attended school. In 1950 they returned to the ranch and lived there until retiring and moving to Mobridge in 1957. Mr. and Mrs. LeBeau had made their home in Aberdeen since 1972.
She is survived by her husband, Sidney; eight daughters, Amelia Provost of Eagle Butte, Charlotte (Bill) Conn of Will Point, Texas, Darlene King of Jacksonville, Florida, Pauline (Henry) Ducheneaux of Eagle Butte, Antoinette (Guy) Claymore of Aberdeen, Esther (Edward) Garreaux of Eagle Butte, Lila (Francis) Houk of Aberdeen, Caroline (Myron) Thorsen of Stockton, California; one son, Melvin of Minneapolis; 31 grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Caroline; a sister,, Josephine Cudmore; and three brothers, Jack, Henry Jr., and Charles Livermore.
