ARRINGTON, Virgie Craft, 91, of Montvale, passed away Friday afternoon, October 3, 1997. She was the widow of David W. Arrington. Mrs. Arrington was retired from the American Viscose and the Roanoke City Nursing Home. She was a member of Walnut Grove Union Church. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Bonnie C. Forgie, Bedford, Mrs. Estelle C. Hackworth, Roanoke, Mrs. Bertha C. Holland, Montvale, Mrs. Eva C. Ward, Montvale; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Walnut Grove Union Church at 3 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Elmer Sellers officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Union Church Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, where the family will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
