ESTHER ABSHERGrove, Okla. - Esther Absher, 52, died Friday, October 10, 2003 at her home in Grove. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at the House of David located at New Life Church with Pastor Tim Ausbaugh and Pastor Janet Lay officiating. Burial will follow at Olympus Cemetery.Esther Absher was born on March 20, 1951 in Jerusalem, Israel to Ovadia and Naomi (Ovadia) Levy. She was married to Harold W. Absher on March 23, 1992 in Miami, Okla. Esther had lived in Delaware County for eleven years and was a member of the House of David.Survivors include her husband, Harold of Grove; one son, Tony Wewermann of Miami, Fla.; two sisters Sema Ovadia and Alma Hazeel, both of Jerusalem. Services are entrusted to Ellis Family Funeral Home, 107 S. Broadway, Grove, Okla.
