Civil War Union Army Soldier. Private, Company A, 2nd New Jersey Volunteer Cavalry.

Ebenezer Ader, 78 a veteran of the Civil War, died yesterday at the home of his son, Fermon Ader, near Fairmount, from complications. He was a retired farmer and lived in that vicinity during his entire life.

He leaves the following sons and daughters: John, of Califon; George and Sern, of Long Valley; Floyd, of Peapack; Fermon, of Fairmount, and Simon and Mrs. Elmer Ader, of Parker. Two brothers, Morris and Daniel Ader, of Long Valley, also survive. Internment will be made in the Fairmount Presbyterian cemetery.
