Catherine P. Goodwin, 63, daughter of the late John T. and Annie (Rafter) Goodwin of 142 Van Buren Street, died this morning at Morton Hospital following a short illness. Born in Taunton, she had made her residence in this city all her life and was educated at the Immaculate Conception School and at St. Mary's High School. She was formerly a director of the children's choir and was an organist at the Immaculate Conception Church. She was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church and a member of the Immaculate Conception Women's Guild. Miss Goodwin leaves two sisters, Ellen T. and Mary A. Goodwin of this city; a brother-in-law, John M. Kerrigan of this city; two nephews, John M. Kerrigan Jr. of Wollaston, MA and Joseph E. Kerrigan of this city; two nieces, Mrs. Joan McAloon of Brockton and Ann Kerrigan of Lakeville, and grand nephews and a grand niece.
