Ogden—Mildred Eames Wilson, age 75, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 1997 at Ogden Care Center North of natural causes.

She was born June 13, 1922 in Ogden, the daughter of William Henry and Winifred Lowder Eames.

She was reared and educated in Ogden.

On February 26, 1943, she married Fred Wilson in Ogden. They were later divorced.

She had been employed and retired from the Ogden City Engineering Department.

She was an active member of the LDS Church, 33rd Ward, and served in many positions. She was currently singles activities coordinator and ward assistant organist.

She was an officer of the Women's Association at Golf City and was a volunteer with the Stewart Rehab Center at McKay-Dee Hospital.

She loved playing the piano, golf and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Randy and wife Lana Wilson, one sister, Betty, and husband, Herbert Brown, Columbia, MO and four grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Jennifer and Jenca.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Erma Young and Carolyn Albiston.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ogden 33rd Ward Building, 1643 2th Street. Friends may call at Leavitt's Chapel of Flowers Mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday at the Ward Chapel one hour prior to services.

Interment Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park.
