She is the widow of Henry J. Beamish, also a lifelong resident of Yonkers, who died in 1970. Catherine was born on December 9, 1911, the daughter of Robert and Mary (Quinn) Loveland. She is survived by her son, James Beamish of Southbury, CT and by her grandchildren, Carolyn Ferguson of FairHaven, NJ, Patricia Beamish of Old Bridge, NJ, James Beamish, Jr., of Norfolk, VA and Jennifer Yacykewych of Montclair, NJ.
