Mrs. Cora Parker, 56, Dies; Rites Wednesday
Funeral services for Mrs. Cora Parker, 56, 722 North Church street, who died in St. Mary's hospital at 6 a.m. Sunday following a fall in her home Jan. 12, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Moran & Sons chapel. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery.

Mrs. Parker came to Decatur from Effingham in 1920 and made her home here since that time. She was born in Sedalia, Mo., March 17, 1879.

She leaves her husband, George Parker of Vandalia, a sister, Mrs. Marie Rysell, Chicago, and two brothers, Pete Lehew of Wisconsin and Jack Lehew, California.

She was a member of the First Christian church at Effingham and the White Shrine and Order of Eastern Star at Effingham.

A coroner's jury was impanelled [sic] by Dr. J. J. Hopkins Monday, but a date for the inquest has not been set.
