Passed away Sunday morning, August 26, 1990 at the Veterans Hospital in Saginaw. Bob was born in Detroit, MI April 30, 1926 the son of Joseph Patrick and Esther Louise (Seymour) O'Connor and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in WWII. He was a member of the American Legion of Cadillac and a former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Alice, 5 daughters, Kathleen, Debra, Theresa, Esther, and Karen; 2 brothers, John P. O'Connor of Armeda, and Edward J. O'Connor of Kalamazoo; a sister, Joan P. Socall of Cadillac; 11 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Friends are being received at the PARCHMENT-REDMOND Funeral Home 2300 East G Avenue, where a Rosary will be recited this evening at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church Thursday morning at 10 a.m. Father Leroy White celebrant. Interment in Fort Custer National Cemetery.
