He is survived by one sister, Helen E. Blount-Gilbert; two aunts, Lillie Mae Newman who was his caregiver and Georgia Navarro (Tony) all of Syracuse; several other loving relatives and friends.
Calling hours will be Friday 9 to 10 a.m. at Cathedral of the immaculate Conception, 259 E. Onondaga St., with burial Mass following at 10 a.m.
