MRS GUSTA MYERS, 64, DIES; FUNERAL FRIDAY
Mrs Gusta Myers, 64, of 1181 West Eldorado street, died at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday in her home following an illness of five months.
She was born in Long Creek township Aug. 3, 1882, a daughter of Ferdinand and Barbara Minick (sic) Bowman and moved to Decatur 45 years ago. She was married to C Arch Myers, in Springfield Oct. 2, 1907. She was a member of the Church of God.
She leaves her husband, a sister Mrs Vera (sic) Veech, and two brothers, J H Bowman and William Bowman, all of Decatur.
Funeral services will be in the Dawson & Wikoff chapel at 3 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in the Fairlwan cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 am.m Thursday.
