Eduardo Ramirez, Jr., 53, passed away Thursday, January 31, at Reynolds Army Hospital in Lawton, OK. He was born November 20, 1959.

Eduardo was a graduate of East Aurora High School in 1977. He served in the Armed Forces from 1978 – 1981. Eduardo went to Seminary School in 1984 and became a Reverend. He married his wife, Yvonne, on October 7, 1983. He did missionary work overseas for 17 years in Germany, Korea and The Philippines as well as across the United States. In 2003, he became a Permanent Resident Reverend in Lawton, Oklahoma for New Testament Christian Church until his passing.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Isabel and Enrique Ramirez.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY at 10:00 AM. Rev. R.W. Davis will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, February 11, 2013 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora, IL. 60506. (630) 631-5500. Memorial service for Pastor Eduardo Ramirez Jr., 52 of Lawton will be at 2:00, Tuesday, Feb 5, 2013 at New Testament Christian Church, 2602 SW Lee Blvd. Lawton Oklahoma.

Funeral service and burial will be held at a later date in Aurora, Illinois.

Pastor Eduardo Ramirez Jr., 53, has been promoted to
be forever with the Lord, on 31 January 2013 from his
home in Lawton.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home.

He was born in Chicago, IL November 20, 1959, the son
of Eduardo and Wilma Ramirez. He was married to
Yvonne Ramirez on October 7, 1983.

Served our country honorably in the Army from 1978 to
1981, He began to faithfully and diligently served the
Lord as a Brother in 1981. Then the Lord called him to
a higher office as a Minister, Graduating Seminary in
1984. God continued to lead him as a Pastor in Germany
and Korea, then to labor as a missionary in the
Philippines, serving the Lord for 17 years overseas.
God led him to His work in Lawton In November 2003
where he served faithfully until his passing, dedicating
his life to the service of God for 31 years.

He is a Son, Brother, Husband, Missionary, Pastor, and
most of all a Friend of God and to us. He, Loved by God
and us, is missed but briefly. We know we will see him
again in Glory.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne, his parents, his brother, Ismael, his sister, Ana and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins.
