Bridget was our beloved family pet. Allthough she was more like my mother's best friend. Bridget was a very loving grey poodle dog who rode in the back seat window of the car just about everywhere my mom went. If there was a knock at the door Bridget was the first one to arrive with a bark that let all of us know someone was knocking. She would stand between my mom's legs and keep an eye on the person at the door and growl to let that person know that even though she was small she was still there to protect my mom.
Bridget was a great dog. She always gave out way more love than most pets we have had, licking your hand and face if you let her get away with it. She was a happy dog and always wagged her stubby little tail.
When Bridget died one night in 1978 My mom was over come greatly with grief. It as if she lost a best freind. Bridget lived 14 wonderful happy years with a family that took great care of her and loved her dearly.
Bridget was buried on our family property in the foothills of Mt. Spokane.

Cause of Death: Natrual Causes/old age.
