The deceased was born in Fabius, where he spent his earlier days and later moved to Lafayette, where he made his home for many years. For a period of nine years, he mad his home in Syracuse, coming to this city last March to make his residence.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Martha J. Clark of Cortland; one daughter Mrs. C. E. Keeler, of Cortland and one son, E. D. Clark of Syracuse.
The funeral will be held from the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. E. Keeler, 54 Grant St., on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock and interment will be made in the Cortland Rural cemetery.
