Son of Jacob & Elizabeth Weirt Walter. Married Flossie Workman on April 21, 1919. She passed away January 26, 1973. He operated a Dairy Farm north of Sedalia, near what is now the intersection of North Ohio Street and US65 Highway. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church of Sedalia and a member of Sedalia Lodge No. 236 A.F. and A.M. He passed away at the Brooking Park Geriatrics Center. His Funeral was held at the Ewing Funeral Home with Rev. H.J. Hudson, Jr. officiating. Masonic services were conducted at the funeral home at the close of the funeral service. Several neices and nephews survived Carl and Flossie.
