Daughter of William Chase and Sarah Clark, and wife of Charles W. Clark who preceded her in death in 1937.

From Clinton Herald Newspaper 16 Aug 1957:
Mrs. Isabelle Clark 87, formerly of 1219 Roosevelt, died this morning in a nursing home at 239 4th Ave S. after many years of failing health. The body reposes in the Snell funeral home where friends may call. Services will be held Saturday at 2:30 pm with Rev. C. E. Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery, Camanche.
Isabelle Chase was born June 5, 1870 in Clinton to Samuel and Sarah Clark Chase. [Note: Error her father was William Chase] She lived here most of her life and was married to Charles W. Clark July 5, 1888. Mr Clark died in 1937.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Fred (Myrtle) Jones, Clinton; Mrs. Clarence (Isabelle) Jensen, Clinton; one son, Floyd, Camanche; 24 grandchildren, 34 greatgrandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, three sisters and four brothers.

Services for Mrs. Isabelle Clark who died Friday were held at 2:30 pm in the Snell Funeral Home with Rev. C. E. Thompson, pastor of the Gospel Tabernacle, officiating. Organist was Miss Jonette Melchert and vocalist was Mrs. David Loehndorf. Burial was in Rosehill Cemetery, Camanche.
Pallbearers, all grandsons, were Robert Jones, Dale Clark, Lloyd Clark, Richard Lewis, Donald Lewis and Robert Jones.
