Graveside services for Dovie Lou Griffin, 87, of Sparta, Tenn., will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Resthaven Memorial Park with the Rev. Sam Estes and the Rev. Pat Driskell officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.
She died on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2000, at Baptist Dekalb Hospital in Smithville, Tenn.
She was born on Nov. 12, 1912, in Dekalb County, Tenn. She married James C. Griffin, who preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1963. She was a homemaker, a Teacher and during the WW11 she worked as a riveter.
