Eva (Hubert) Corigliano of Ferndale, NY, passed away on Friday March 30, 2012 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. She was 88 years of age.
The daughter of the late Fred and Carrie Koenig Hubert, she was born on December 26, 1923 in Youngsville, NY.
Eva was a devoted mother and centered her life around her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She spent many years working with her loving husband as owners of Corey's Liquor Store in Liberty, NY. Eva loved collecting dolls and had acquired an extensive collection. She enjoyed animals and loved her poodle, Rascal.
Eva is survived by her sister, Johanna Mancini of Newfield, NY; her sons, Vincent Corigliano and his wife, Patricia of Livingston Manor and Thomas Corigliano and his wife, Wendy of South New Berlin, NY; her daughters, Eve Krum and her husband, Michael of Ferndale, NY and Dawn Eggleton and her husband, Robert of Roscoe, NY; grandchildren: Michael, Jennifer, Jeremy, Kyle, Kevin, Brian, Craig, Randy, Curtis, Lacey, Robbie, Caryn, Brittany, Tricia, Stephanie, Nicholas and Abigail and great-grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Erica, Kayla, Glenn, Tony, Nathan, Logan, Kiera, Scott, Natalie, Matthew, Emily, Coraline and Cassidy.
She was predeceased by her husband, Matthew "Corey"; her sons: John, Glenn and Scott; her brothers: Walter, August and Fred and her sister, Gertrude Abplanalp.
