Anna Mankamyer, 83, of Sioux Center died Saturday, June 14, at Pleasant Acres Nursing home in Hull.

Services will be at 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 18, at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Sioux Center with Rev. Robert Drenten officiating. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery at Rock Valley. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 P.M., Tuesday evening at the Vander Ploeg Chapel in Sioux Center.

Mrs. Mankamyer was born on February 22, 1914, at Rock Valley to Herman C. and Wilhelmina H. De Bruin.

She was a bookkeeper for the Hartog Piano and Organ Co. in Edgerton, Minnesota for 27 years.
She also lived in Pennsylvania for 11 years.

In 1955 she married Gerhard Broekhouse who died in 1970.

In 1973 she married Nick Vlietstra who died in 1977.

In 1982 whe married Ed Mankamyer who died on March 1, 1993.

She was currently a member of the Bethel Christian Reformed Church where she was active in the Sunshine Circle.

The survivors include one brother, C. J. De Bruin of Arvada, Colorado; nine step-children; and many step-grandchildren, step-grat-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Leona Huenink.
