Jessie Ames
Services were Monday at Alexander Funeral Home in Millersburg for Jessie Mildred Ames, 70, of Millersburg RD 2, who died April 14 at Aultman Hospital in Canton after an extended illness.
The Rev. David Carrick officiated and burial was at Christy Chapel Cemetery.
She was born in 1918 in Holmes County to William and Clara Clay Rowe and married Raymond H. Ames on Nov. 28, 1934. He survives.
Surviving in addition to her husband are 15 children, . . . [five sons and 10 daughters]; 52 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Bill and Bruce, and a daughter, Patricia, and two infant daughters, died previously.
