Harold James Tatro, formerly of Church Street, died Sunday Dec 20, 1992 at Country Haven Nursing Home in Norton, following a long illness. He was 86 and the husband of the late Ellen C. Pierce. He was son of the late George and Rebecca (Noonan) Tatro. Mr. Tatro was employed as a laborer for the Taunton
Street Department for 20 years. He also worked as a landscaper at Wheaton College for 15 years. He retired at the age of 78. He was a communicant of St. Mary's Church. Mr. Tatro was a US Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. from the Silva Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will follow at St. Mary's Church at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
