GOLDEN Grace Engle Bridges, 73, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, in Clinton, Mich. She was a native of Alabama and a homemaker. She attended Golden Central Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay, Ala., with the Rev. Mickey Trammel officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Drew and her husband, Randy, of Clinton, Mich., Nancy Tromblay and her husband, Ray, of Flat Rock, Mich., and Samantha Slayton and her husband, Terry, of Belmont; two sisters, Martha Paulyne Gray of Red Bay, Ala., and Carlee Nunley of Tishomingo; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Lee Bridges, in 1995; a son, Donald Wayne Bridges; and a sister, Cleetus Laverne Engle.
Pallbearers will be Terry Slayton, Ray Tromblay, D.J. Acker, Johnny Bridges, Ray Drew and David Gray.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
