Petersburg, Jan. 14 - Mrs. Elizabeth Faith, aged 65 years, 8 months and 4 days, died at 3 o'clock this morning at her home. She had been ill three weeks. Mrs. Faith was born in Petersburg, a daughter of Louis and Mary Hickman, of this city. She was married to James Faith Jan. 20, 1880. Three daughters and one son were born to this union. Her hsuband and a daughter, Myrtle, preceded Mrs. Faith in death. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Earle Hutcherson, of California, Mrs. R. H. Jones, St. Louis, and one son, Edward Faith, at home. Three sisters, Mrs. John Bergan, Mrs. Anna Jurgens, and Mrs. Tena Holm, all of Springfield; and then grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 oclock [sic] Sunday afternoon at the First Baptist church, Rev. E. S. Priest officating. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery. Rebekah lodge will have charge of the services at the grave.
