Mrs. Helen G. Smith, 66, 2517 Richmond Ave., passed away Friday. She had been a resident of El Paso 47 years and was a member of the First Christian Church, for 45 years. She was a retired teacher's aid, having worked at the Alamo School. Survivors, husband, Robert R. Smith, Sr.; son, Robert R. Smith Jr., both of El Paso, sister, Mrs. Hugh Burney, Hermiston, Ore., brothers, Thomas A. Giltner, and Ray Giltner, both of Dallas, Tex. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Harding-Orr & McDaniel Montana Ave. Chapel, Rev. Clifford Eugene Hargrave officiating. Interment will be in Restlawn.
