She is also survived by her twin sister, Mattie E.Mills Jackson; two grandchildren, Richard W. Gant (Tamakia) and Ronald G. Owens II; two great-grandchildren, Darius Gant and Xalia Rowan-Gant; other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Banks will lie in state at Nineteenth Street Baptist Church, 4606 - 16th St. N.W. on Tuesday, March 12 from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m.
Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery. Services by STEWART.
