Anna Virginia Reinsel Ross, 87 of 1212 Chestnut St. Franklin, passed away on Saturday evening, March 16, 2013.
Born in Clarion on July 5, 1925 she was a daughter of the late Norbert and Anna Josephine Cyphert Reinsel.
She was a graduate of Clarion High School.
Mrs. Ross enjoyed embroidering and reading and loved spending time with children and her family.
She was of Catholic faith.
In 1950 she married Thomas Ross and he preceded her in death in 1989.
Surviving is a sister in law, Antoinette Reinsel of Oil City; 10 nieces and nephews, Ruth Reinsel of Long Island, Mary Ellen Reinsel of VT, Margaret Dady of Chicago, Greg Reinsel and his wife Vicky of CA, Rick Reinsel and his wife Joan of FL, Cindy Gurnee and her husband Ray of Franklin, Dan Reinsel and his wife Julie of Franklin, Elsie Mae and Betty Lou of Brackenridge and Karen Malvaro of Butler.
Also surviving are numerous great nieces and great nephews who she treasured and many friends at Colonial Manor.
She was preceded in death by a sister Amber Henry; three brothers, Glenn Reinsel, Norbert Reinsel, and Cletus Reinsel; a sister in law, Lee Reinsel; a brother in law, Charles Henry and two nephews Robert Reinsel and Bill Henry.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home with Deacon Walter Jones of St. Patrick Church and Rev. David Foote of the Franklin Baptist Temple, officiating.
Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Clarion.
