Daughter of Patrick and Mary Anne Wallace Williams. Wife of Otis Wallace. Sister of William Richard Williams, Agnes Maxwell, Lois McIntosh, James Williams, Allen Williams, Ernest Blanchard Williams and Ida Louise.

Jennie came to the U.S. in 1880 when she was 24 and joined some of her brothers and sisters at Tie Siding, Wyoming. She married Otis Wallace on 17 June 1885. He died less than a year after their wedding at which point she took over the operation of their ranch and became a very capable business woman. Mention is made of her in the book The Centennial West: Nova Scotians on the Wyoming Frontier by Charles E. Rankin.
