He is survived by his wife Agnes, their children Helen Melic and Peter and Carl Hollenbach, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A service will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church on Friday, November 19 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to East End Hospice or the Shelter Island Red Cross Ambulance Fund."
