MOULTON - Alvin Meyer of Moulton passed away Friday, March 22, 2013 at the age of 87. He was born on May 8, 1925 in Gonzales County to the late Louis Meyer and Agnes Schacherl Meyer. Alvin proudly served his country during World War II where he served in the United States Navy. Alvin married Hattie Zemlicka on February 11, 1947. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Moulton Texas. Alvin was preceded in death by his parents Louis and Agnes Meyer.
Alvin is survived by his wife of 66 years, Hattie Zemlicka Meyer, 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Burial in St. Joseph's Catholic cemetery in Moulton.
