Julius Soucoup, 82, of 514 S. Main St., Mishicot, died early Tuesday morning, March 24, at Two Rivers Community Hospital.
Mr. Soucoup was born Feb. 9, 1899, in the Town of Mishicot, son of the late Rudolph and Anna Schauer Soucoup. As a young man he had been employed as a cheesemaker with Pauly Cheese Company and then with Hamilton Industries until his retirement.
He married Rose Benesch Sept. 26, 1942, at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Gary Jackson of Marshall, Wis., and three grandchildren, Nathan, Brian and Danielle.
A brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lambert Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot, and entombment will be in Knollwood Memorial Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.
