Betty Springstube, age 71, of 3215 Highway 147, Two Rivers, died unexpectedly early on Monday morning, July 30, 2007, at her residence.
Betty was born on Oct. 31, 1935, in the town of Gibson, a daughter of the late Willard "Pat" and Gertrude "Annie" Flessert Mott.
On Jan. 14, 1953, she married Walter Springstube in Manitowoc.
Betty was employed at Fisher Hamilton Manufacturing Co. for over 20 years, retiring in 1999.
She enjoyed having her children over for dinner on Sundays, playing cards and going up north.

She was preceded in death by a son: Gary; two brothers, and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, at the Knollwood Memorial Chapel, Highway. 310, Manitowoc. The Rev. Kay Richter will officiate at the service, with entombment to follow in Knollwood Mausoleum.
Relatives and friends may call at Knollwood Memorial Chapel after 11 a.m. on Friday until the time of service at 1 p.m. There will be no visitation this evening. The Lambert Eckert Funeral Home of Mishicot is assisting the Springstube family with funeral arrangements.
