Ada Maxwell, 81, of Sherwood, longtime Stuttgart resident, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012, at her home.
She was born October 12, 1931, in Luxora, Arkansas, to William Barbee and Liddie Franks Barbee Wells. She was a homemaker and provided ironing services for years to several Stuttgart families.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Wallace Maxwell, and five brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday with burial following in Lone Tree Cemetery.
