Belvie Ballard, 85, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday at Harrison County (IN) Hospital.
He was a native of Clay City, KY, a retired butcher, a former member of the Kosair Shrine and an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a son, Robbie K. Ballard; a daughter, Beverly Brown; a sister, Beulah Osgood; two brothers, Ralph & Kenneth Ballard; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Rd. Private burial will be on Monday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Louisville.
