MRS. ALICE (SPEAKER ) HOSEK, beloved wife of Frank Hosek, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital on Monday, January 15,1990, at the age of 88 years.

Alice Hosek was born in Central Europe at Bukovina. She came to Canada with her parents at an early age and has resided in Lethbridge since that time.

Mrs. Hosek is survived by her husband, Frank; her daughters: Lorraine (Norman ) Hall, Alice Young and Millicent (Robert) McKanna, all of Lethbridge; one step-daughter, Beulah (Alex) Kyle of Vancouver, B.C.: one stepson, Frank (Pat) Hosek Jr., of Kamloops, B.C., numerous grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Hosek was predeceased by her first husband. John Speaker; her son, Eddie Speaker, her son-in-law, Steve Young; five sisters; Katie, Ethel, Julia, Mary and Annie; and four brothers; Steve, Mike, Matt and Joe Kropinak.
