Alvin "Butch" Riley, of Biloxi, passed away Monday, March 28, 2005 in Biloxi at the age of 57. Butch was born on July 24, 1947 in Biloxi to Ms. Lucille Riley Wiggins. He attended Nichols Colored High School, and later attended the Job Corps Center, where he earned his certification as an Electrician. He was employed as an Electrician at Keesler AFB, and later at Northrop Grumman.

Butch will be best remembered for his sense of humor, his loving, caring attitude, and the enjoyment he shared by just spending quality time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, his wife, Ilene Riley, and two brothers, Solomon Rump and James Wiggins.

His memories will forever linger in the hearts of his wonderful daughter, Patricia Riley of Gulfport; his brother, Norvelle Wiggins; two sisters, Cynthia Sparkman of Biloxi, and Mary Davidson of Fresco City, AL.

Services will be Saturday, April 2, 2005 at 2PM at New Community Baptist Church in Biloxi, where Rev. Albert M. Parker, Jr. is pastor. Visitation will be at the church two hours prior to service time. Burial will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.

Care of my father is entrusted only to the professionalism of MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME.
