He was born at Huyetts, the son of the late William and Mary Johnson Andrews. He had resided in Hagerstown most of his life.
He was a member of St Paul's EUB Church, and was employed by Henry Bester, Florist for a number of years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by: daughters, Mrs. Helen Miller and Mrs. Violet Hays; sons, C Frank and George W, all of Hagerstown; Harry L, Beddington, W Va; and Paul R, Funkstown; sister, Mrs. Elsie Schmidt, Hagerstown, 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services Tuesday at 2 pm at Norment Funeral Home with the Rev Lester M Kauffman officiating. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
