Oscar Edward Larson, 82, of Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died Sunday at Hoy Family Hospital, Manitowoc after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Edmund Olson will officiate and burial will be in Gjerpen Cemetery, Cato.
Mr. Larson was born March 3, 1886, at Manitowoc Rapids, son of the late Osman and Mary Jensen Larson.
He was a fireman and worked at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc., Manitowoc, until his retirement in 1951.
Survivors include two brothers, Louis, of Rockwood and Hiram, of Manitowoc and two sisters, Mrs. William Michel, of Two Rivers and Mrs. George Denk Sr. of Manitowoc.
A brother and two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Tuesday.
