After an illness of but a few hours, Mrs. Eugen [sic] Childs, 4200 Sheridan avenue south, died Wednesday evening. Mrs. Childs was born at Wilson N.Y. in February 1832. She was a graduate of the academy in that city. In 1854 she married, and with her husband moved to Minneapolis in 1884. For the last 12 years Mr. and Mrs. Childs resided at Linden Hills. Mrs. Childs is survived by Mr. Childs and one son, Clarence. The funeral will be held from St. John's chapel tomorrow afternoon.
