Margaret 'Margo', 61, of Norman, went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 29, 2007 after a lengthy battle with COPD. She was born, and spent her life, in the Oklahoma City metro area. She graduated from Northeast High School and then attended business school. Most of her jobs were secretarial. She coowned Classic Sportswear, Inc. from 1983-1995. She loved traveling, eating out with friends, having animals, but her greatest love was spending time with her five grandchildren. She loved watching them play ball, dance, or just play. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Grace Kimmel and her son, Travis Chapman. She is survived by her brother and sisterin-law, Ken and Karen Kimmel; her daughter and son-in-law, Mike and Cari Horton; her grandkids, Brie, Cale, Cade, Brooklyn, and Jace Horton; an aunt, Leota Beck; her faithful companion, Abby the cat; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Mike, Cale, and Cade Horton, Ken Kimmel, Jim and Andy Wheeler, Tommy and Jerrod Crowder, and Kevin Smith. Although we know she is no longer suffering and at peace, 'Nana', as she was affectionately known, will truly be missed. Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 2, 2007, at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
