A family bible lists the 14 children of John Conrad Hesser (1791-1844) and Sarah Adrian of which Isaac Thomas was the last. Born in North Oskaloosa IOWA, he lived with is oldest brother Peter after his fathers death. His mother having remarried a widower, Robert P. Arnold, to help raise his children. He meet and married Sarah Jane Fox (paradoxically the oldest of 14) with whom he raise 13 children to adulthood. As part of Oklahoma land runs, most of the family moved to the Glencoe area around Stillwater Oklahoma where he passed. His obituary appeared on the front page of "The Advance - Democrat (26 Apr 1906)" along side the report of the San Francisco Earthquake. Eventually the family grew to have 110 grandchildren and 338 great grandchildren. Many of whom are interned in Stillwater graveyards.
