Ann “Tootsie” Auen, 86, of Paducah, KY Passed away at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah. She was born in Paducah, KY. Tootsie was retired from Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where she worked in the Physical Therapy Department.
She is survived by her son, Mickey Ashley and wife Beverly of Paducah, KY; daughter in law, Linda Ashley of Paducah, KY; grandchildren, Christopher Eric Ashley and wife Shareece of Benton, KY and Julie Michele Rodgers and husband Greg of Boaz, KY; great grandchildren, Tyler Ashley, Mickie Rodgers, Raygan Rodgers, Meghin Masiarczyk, Samantha Masiarczyk and several nieces and nephews.
Tootsie was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Auen; son, Rodney Ashley; sisters, Martha J. Barker, Lurleen Taylor and Catherine Logan. Her parents were Q. L. Smith and Nonnie Upshaw Smith.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Pastor Paul Donner officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Kenton Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
