Lantha Estell (Williams) Lowe

GATE CITY, Va. - Lantha Lowe, 94, entered into rest Tuesday (April 11, 2006) at the Brian Center, Weber City, Va.

She was born in Scott County, Va., Jan. 29, 1912, to the late Thomas Patton Williams and Polly Williams. Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Lowe; daughter, Helen Peters Touton, June 2005; one brother; four sisters; and son-in-law, Robert C. Peters.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Gate City Funeral Home and anytime at the home of Jackie and Joe Bellamy.

Services will be conducted in the Chapel of the funeral home at 8 p.m. Friday with Rev. Dean Smith officiating.

Music will be provided by Eddie Henry, Phyllis and Ken Pierce.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, Va. The family will meet at 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Brian Center for the special care given to our mother and the entire family.
