DEATH CLAIMS F.S. STANZEL EARLY TODAY

Frank S. Stanzel, life long resident of the city, died at the home where he was born at 4 o'clock this morning after an illness of some
weeks. The funeral will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning with services at St. Boniface Catholic church and burial will be at Calvary, Rev. Kerstens officiating.

Born December 5, 1874 Mr. Stanzel has always made his home in this city, receiving his education in the schools here and later engaging in the cafe business at 1010 South Tenth street, the place receiving its name, the Three Tens, from the combination of the address and the street. He was married May 6, 1907 to Miss Tillie Kowalsky, the widow who with six children survives him. The children are Genevieve and Marcella, Arnold, Reinhardt, Donald and Richard, all of this city. A brother, Alex Stanzel of Francis Creek and a step brother, John Kaska of Deerbrook and two sisters, Mrs. John Rosinsky and Mrs. Stephen Reindl, both of this city, also survive him.
