Mrs. Stephen Reindl, nee Anna Stanzel (above), 82, died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Kieffer, 1115 S. 14th St., Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.

Mrs. Reindl was born in 1869 in Manitowoc and was married to Mr. Reindl in 1887. The couple moved to Chicago in 1887 and lived in that city six years ago, returning to Manitowoc in 1893. She was a member of the St. Theresa and St. Ann Societies of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc, and of the Catholic Woman’s Club of Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Rev. Alfred Pritzl officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Becker of Sheboygan and Mrs. Kieffer; son, Joseph of Chicago, Ill.; sister, Mrs. Julia Rosinsky of Manitowoc; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Three brothers, Alex, Stanis and Frank; two sons, the Rev. Reinhardt Reindl and George, and her husband preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 p.m. Friday until the time of services. The rosary will be recited by members of the St. Theresa Society at 2:30 p.m. Friday and by the Catholic Woman’s Club at 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday.
